Role Description:
The Supply Chain Performance Analyst is an exciting 12-month Max-Term Contract opportunity in our Supply Chain team based at our Perth Central Park office. This role plays a key part in driving data-led decision making and continuous improvement across procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, and inventory operations.
Working closely with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, as well as the wider Finance, and Technology & Business Services business units, the Supply Chain Performance Analyst will develop and maintain performance dashboards, analyse key metrics, and support compliance and reporting requirements using tools such as Power BI, SAP, and Ariba.
This is a dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about using data to unlock value and improve supply chain performance.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain supply chain performance dashboards using Power BI and Ariba to support data-driven decision making.
- Analyse and benchmark procurement and supply chain processes, identifying opportunities to optimise performance and efficiency.
- Monitor compliance risks within purchasing processes and contribute to Synergy’s modern slavery statement through supply chain risk analysis.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting using SAP and Ariba to support category management, buying, inventory teams, and audit requirements.
- Support inventory and contract management activities through spend analysis, cost modelling, and development of inventory metrics.
What you will bring:
- 3-5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain analytics, with a strong understanding of strategic sourcing, contract management, and inventory processes.
- Advanced data analysis skills and hands-on experience with Power BI, and SAP for reporting and dashboard development.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.
