Q. How can I receive regular notifications of positions that may be of interest to me? 

A. You need to be a registered on our Synergy Job Board to receive regular notifications of positions that match your profile. Once logged in, go to All Jobs, and create Job alert based on selected days.

Q. What if I require further information relating to an advertised position?

A. If you require further information regarding any position listed on our Synergy Careers site, please email recruitment@synergy.net.au.

Q. How can I view only those positions that have been posted since last I checked?

A. This site is a live real time site. Positions are loaded regularly and removed according to the opening and closing date of the positions. The job search function allows you to select available positions that have been posted in the last day, 2 days, week, 2 weeks and month. Positions that have closed will not be shown.

Q. How do I change my details on the Synergy Careers site?

A. You may change your personal details at any time by following the steps below:
     *  Click on 'Login/Register' and enter your e-mail address. If you can't remember your password, click 'Forgotten your password?' and follow the prompts. A new password will be emailed to you, then go back to step one.
     *  Enter your password.
     *  Click the ‘Sign in’ button.
     *  This loads candidate profile page.
     *  Amend your profile information as necessary. Click the 'Save' button.

Q. I have forgotten my password, how do I obtain a new one or find out what my old one was?

A. As your password is encrypted, we are only able to assist you to create a new password.
     *  Click the 'Login/Register'.
     *  Click the 'Forgot your password?' link
     *  Enter your email ID and submit.
     *  If account is available with provided email ID, you will receive an email with link to reset password.
     *  Provide your new password and click on ‘Submit’.

Please remember e-mail and passwords are case sensitive. You must enter them exactly the same each time.
