Role Description:

The Administrative Assistant is an exciting opportunity based at our Muja Power Station site.

The purpose of the role is to provide a wide range of administration support in a professional, timely, responsible, and confidential manner.

This role requires flexibility and attention to detail to ensure the required administrative services are available in a timely manner.

Job responsibilities:

  • Maintaining of OPEX expenses, site stationary, raising of purchase requisitions, completion of service entry sheets from invoices
  • Calendar management and meeting minutes and accurately input, update, and maintain data in document management system.
  • Ensure and verify credit card statements are correct and accurate and administer site induction requests, site keys, locks and lockers as required
  • Travel and accommodation bookings and maintain conference rooms calendars and supplies ensuring they are kept to an orderly standard.
  • Collation of auditing documents as required and monitor and maintain the administration email inbox
  • Assisting with site events

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge and experience in SAP
  • Demonstrated ability in delivering high quality, customer focused administrative service.
  • Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality.
