Role Description:

The Brand Campaign Manager role is an opportunity in our Brand and Marketing Team based at our Perth Central Park site. This role is being offered as a Permanent Full-Time role.  

As Synergy's Brand Campaign Partner, you will be responsible for evolving brand and campaign strategies into fully integrated campaign delivery programmes that position Synergy as a trusted energy leader. With a strategic mindset and a thorough approach to project management, you will oversee the campaign from conception to execution. Once in market, you will monitor its performance, collaborating with external agencies to identify and implement optimisation opportunities.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager, Brand and Marketing to deliver against Synergy’s brand strategy through the execution of all scheduled brand ATL campaign activity.
  • Deliver quality briefs to external creative agencies and the broader Brand and Marketing team to ensure the campaign strategy is translated to an engaging creative concept as well as consistent messaging and content strategies.
  • Work closely with the external media agency to oversee the development and execution of an effective strategic media plan.
  • Work collaboratively with the creative agency and Senior Design Specialist to oversee campaign production logistics and ensure production output is delivered to schedule and receives the required stakeholder reviews and approvals.
  • Set up all campaign reporting requirements, working closely with the Digital and Customer Insights teams to ensure campaign performance data is tracked and shared with all campaign stakeholders. Seek out optimisations to drive positive campaign outcomes.

What you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
  • Extensive marketing experience, with exposure to ATL brand campaign strategy, planning and integration.
  • Experience in building and managing relationships with key stakeholders to deliver campaign strategy.
  • Impeccable written communication skills, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen in delivering campaign strategy.
