Role Description:
The Business Coordinator is an exciting opportunity based in our Perth Central Park Office in the city.
The role delivers comprehensive administrative and coordination support, acting as the primary contact for AO employees. It manages scheduling, documentation, procurement, invoicing, onboarding, and office administration, while supporting key business processes such as budgeting, initiative tracking, and action monitoring. With strong planning, attention to detail, and sound judgment, the coordinator ensures timely, accurate outputs and enhances the effectiveness of the Head of AO and broader AO functions.
Job responsibilities:
- Calendar management, travel bookings, catering, stationery, and general office operations
- Meeting coordination, including agendas, minutes, action registers, and onsite/offsite logistics
- Handling procurement processes, purchase requisitions, service entries, and invoice management
- Managing accruals, journals, reimbursements, credit card reconciliation, and cost centre budgets
- Coordinating project meetings, resources, schedules, and communication and supporting governance forums (e.g., SteerCo, working groups), including meeting packs and documentation
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
- Experience in supporting senior leaders and managers in an admin capacity
- Skilled in word processing, spreadsheets and graphics, maintenance of filing system, document recording and excellent keyboard skills.
- Preferred SAP experience
