Role Description:
The Campaign Data Specialist is a newly created opportunity in our Customer Marketing team based at our Perth Central Park office. This role plays a key part in enhancing how we understand and engage with our customers by strengthening the data foundations that support our marketing and customer experience initiatives. Working at the intersection of marketing technology and customer data, the position contributes to smarter, more personalised and more effective customer interactions.
As part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking team, the Campaign Data Specialist helps elevate the way customer data is leveraged across the business. The role combines technical expertise and a culture of continuous improvement, where innovation, curiosity and problem‑solving are encouraged to refine how we engage customers across multiple touchpoints. This position suits someone who enjoys working within a highly connected environment and contributing to initiatives that shape meaningful customer outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer data and wants to influence how insights are translated into impactful marketing activity. The role offers the chance to work closely with digital, analytics and customer teams, contributing to a unified approach that enhances customer experiences and drives value for the organisation.
Job responsibilities:
- Design, build and optimise data‑driven customer audiences and segments to support targeted marketing activity.
- Maintain data accuracy, structure and governance across Marketing Cloud to enable reliable campaign execution and reporting.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline data preparation, campaign workflows and customer journeys.
- Monitor customer journeys and data processes, providing insights that guide improvements across marketing and customer experience.
- Partner with digital, analytics and data engineering teams to support and enhance data flows and integrations across key platforms.
What you will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar analytical or data‑focused role.
- Strong capability working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer data platforms.
- Proven ability to generate insights‑led analysis and reporting.
- High attention to detail, accountability and strong problem‑solving skills.
- A proactive, curious mindset with openness to learning tools like Databricks, SQL and Python.
