Role Description:
The Campaign Delivery Advisor is an exciting max-term contract opportunity through to June 2027 in our Customer Marketing team based at our Perth Central Park office. Reporting to the Campaign Delivery Lead, this role plays an important part in supporting the delivery of customer campaigns and communications that drive engagement, retention and business outcomes. Working across a variety of customer segments, the role contributes to marketing initiatives that enhance the customer experience and support Synergy's broader strategic objectives.
Working closely with stakeholders across Customer Marketing, Digital and Technology, Legal, Regulatory and external agency partners, the Campaign Delivery Advisor helps coordinate campaign activity across multiple channels. The role operates in a collaborative environment, ensuring campaigns and communications are delivered effectively, efficiently and in line with business priorities.

The successful candidate will contribute to a wide range of customer initiatives while supporting continuous improvement in campaign delivery and customer communications.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, delivery and optimisation of customer marketing campaigns and communications across multiple customer segments.
- Coordinate campaign activity across internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Develop and manage campaign schedules, timelines, budgets and delivery plans to support business priorities and customer outcomes.
- Ensure campaign materials, communications and workflows meet quality, brand, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, delivery processes and customer engagement outcomes.
What you will bring:
- Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, campaign management and agency environments will be highly regarded.
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns or customer communications, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, agencies and external partners.
- Well-developed organisational, planning and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- A customer-focused approach, with sound problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
