Role Description:
The Campaign Marketing Advisor is an exciting opportunity within our Customer Marketing team, based at our Perth Central Park location. This role plays a key part in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that support Synergy’s customer strategy and contribute to overall business performance.
The Campaign Marketing Advisor is responsible for planning and developing end-to-end integrated marketing campaign strategies and activities across all customer segments and marketing channels—primarily Below-the-Line (BTL) and Through-the-Line (TTL), with Above-the-Line (ATL) where appropriate. Leveraging insights, customer research, and a strong understanding of market conditions, the advisor will design campaigns that build brand awareness and drive increased uptake of Synergy’s products and services throughout the customer lifecycle.
With a strong customer-first mindset, the Campaign Marketing Advisor will ensure all messaging aligns with business objectives and reflects a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences. The role takes a strategic, holistic approach to campaign planning, champions continuous improvement, and drives optimisation to deliver measurable results.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies that leverage customer insights, research, and market conditions to create compelling, customer-centric campaigns.
- Design integrated BTL/TTL campaigns that enhance engagement across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, whilst ensuring all marketing messaging reflects a deep understanding of customer needs and aligns with business priorities.
- Deliver targeted campaigns that strengthen brand perception, improve customer experiences, and drive product and service uptake.
- Continuously identify and monitor gaps and opportunities to refine marketing effectiveness, optimising strategy execution for stronger impact.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration across the business to remain aligned in key messages to market and seek out additional touch points, working closely with the digital and brand teams to ensure distribution of messages across relevant channels.
What you will bring:
- 3+ years marketing experience, with exposure to strategic planning, including ATL planning and integration.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Proven relationship management skills to support effective campaign delivery.
- Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen in delivering campaign strategies.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).
