Role Description:

The Communications Advisor role is an opportunity in our Communications Team based at our Perth Central Park site.

This role is responsible for the delivery of effective organisational communications to meet strategic objectives and drive engagement with a consistent customer-centric narrative.

Job responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain proactive and collaborative relationships with operational stakeholders to influence the delivery of a one-Synergy approach to organisational communications.
  • Proactively support internal stakeholders to deliver communications campaigns and activities in alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
  • Coordinate events and programs to support the delivery of key business priorities and drive employee engagement.
  • Provide communications support to executive leaders including key messages, scripts, and presentations ensuring consistency across activity and channel.
  • Facilitate a continuous improvement culture with internal stakeholders to contribute to increased self-service and clear processes.

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering strategic and tactical communication programs and providing trusted communications advice and support.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Delivering communications programs within a large service-based organisation.
  • 3+ years’ experience in communications or related discipline.
