Role Description:
The Content Specialist role is an opportunity in our Brand and Marketing Team based at our Perth Central Park site. This role is being offered as a Max-Term Full-Time contract for 14 months.
As Synergy's Content Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the creation and curation of engaging content that positions Synergy as a trusted energy leader.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Synergy’s content plan to ensure alignment with corporate strategy, brand strategy, and content strategy.
- Ideate and create engaging content for various audiences and platforms including blog, social media, website, digital media, marketing materials and articles, maintaining a consistent brand voice and style.
- Manage the end-to-end process of content creation including scheduling and distribution across relevant channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Track results, generating regular reports to measure the effectiveness of content strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide content support, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives and overall business objectives.
What you will bring:
- Experience managing projects from end-to-end.
- Impeccable written communication skills, spelling, and punctuation.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience creating content across a range of formats.
- Experience using social media management tools.
