Role Description:

The Corporate Receptionist is an exciting opportunity in our Business Services team based at our Perth Central Park office.

This role is part-time 3 days a week.

 

The purpose of the role is to act as the first point of contact for all corporate visitors, customers, and couriers—both in person and over the phone—while coordinating facilities-related services and providing general administrative support to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for all facility entries and incoming phone calls.
  • Manage visitor and contractor access to the Synergy office.
  • Deliver timely and effective first-level corporate services support and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests.
  • Support onboarding processes for new starters

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience 2+ years in a receptionist and/or corporation administration role.
  • Ability to manage switchboard activities.
  • Experience using SAP, Microsoft Office 365
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Use time effectively and prioritise to manage multiple tasks
