Role Description:

The Customer Data Engineer is an exciting opportunity in our Analytic Services and Solutions team based at our Perth Central Park office.

 

The role manages technical and governance aspects of Customer data as a senior member of the Analytic Services and Solutions team. It ensures achievement of Customer data targets and sets the business unit up for success on its new Customer Relationship Management platform.

Job responsibilities:

  • Design and build compelling data products that meet internal and external customer needs to improve financial performance and customer service.
  • Monitor and assess analytic product and service performance
  • Manage platform access and other governance matter for Customer Business Unit
  • Build a fit-for-purpose advanced analytic architecture within and around the CX360 platform.
  • Leverage agile methodologies and adaptive leadership capabilities to deliver value to analytic products and services

What you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in data science, IT, or related field
  • At least 3 years of data engineering experience
  • Expert knowledge in advanced analytics tools, techniques and technologies – Python and SQL essential
  • Ability to translate business strategy in corresponding technology needs
  • Effective stakeholders and partner management
