Role Description:
The Community Education and Engagement Partner is an exciting opportunity working in our Perth CBD office. This role will be a max term role up to 14 months. Occasional weekend and regional work required to support business activities.
The Customer Education and Engagement Partner is accountable for the design and delivery of educational experiences to increase engagement and drive key learning outcomes for Synergy’s current and future residential and business customers.
Job responsibilities:
- Create an annual program of education and engagement activities to meet customers’ changing needs, deliver commercial outcomes and position Synergy as a trusted energy leader.
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders to understand operational objectives and targets and design programs and customer experiences to support their delivery.
- Negotiate mutually beneficially sponsorships and partnerships within community and industry.
- Develop and deliver brand experiences to drive likeability, engagement and energy literacy amongst Synergy’s residential customers.
- Develop and deliver brand experiences to increase market share, influence market outcomes and drive commercial partnerships.
What you will bring:
- Degree level qualifications in communications, media, public relations, marketing or related discipline.
- Considerable experience and demonstrated capability to deliver strategic stakeholder and community engagement programs, sponsorships and partnerships, advice and support in a large organisation.
- 5-8 years’ experience in designing, managing and delivering engagement initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in program development using data and design thinking principles
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering digital engagement initiatives.
