Role Description:
The Customer Governance & Assurance Officer role will primarily provide oversight and assurance for the Customer business unit in the delivery of customer service against quality assurance, compliance, and audit frameworks.
This is an excellent opportunity within a supportive team environment offering a 12 month max-term contract with an anticipated start date of January 2025.
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure that current operational processes and procedures are reflective of our requirements under the small use code and the protection of our customers.
- Accountable for the maintenance and the continuous improvement of quality assurance, compliance, audit, and risk frameworks.
- Support ongoing reviews of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices for operational governance and quality assurance.
- Contribute to an organisational culture of compliance, quality assurance, risk management and business continuity management.
- Support the validation of the efficacy and value of implemented changes (process, system, training, customer service delivery) through post-implementation monitoring loops.
What you will bring:
- Previous experience working in a role within a highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance frameworks and methods.
- Demonstrated experience in assessment tools, coaching methods, and improvement planning.
- Experience in frontline customer service roles.
- Experience within compliance, audit, quality assurance or a highly regulated industry is preferred.
