Role Description:

The Customer Project Principal is an exciting opportunity in our Projects and Enablement team based at our Central Park office.

 

The Customer Project Principal is responsible for supporting cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the Customer Business Unit. The role will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in accordance to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop business cases in collaboration with business users, capturing all costs and benefits.
  • Be accountable for the overall delivery of projects to agreed criteria, within commercially competitive standards for safety, cost, timeliness, quality, and scope and to the expectations of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Deliver projects to the agreed scope, time and cost without compromising safety or quality.
  • Identify and actively manage project assumptions, risks, issues, and dependencies associated with delivery ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are established and actively managed.
  • Ensure project and quality assurance controls and gate checks are undertaken to minimise risk to delivery, costs and quality.

What you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in, Commerce/ Business or similar and or equivalent business experience.
  • Project management or product owner qualifications.
  • Experience and highly knowledgeable in agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum and/or Lean Start-up methodologies
  • Experience in leading or supporting cross functional teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes
  • 7 - 10+ years in a corporate environment (e.g., energy/resources, banking, consulting)
  • Salesforce knowledge & experience is desirable
