DER Delivery Coordinator

Role Description:

The DER Delivery Coordinator role is a 12 month fixed term opportunity in our Future Energy Team based at our Perth City site.

The DER Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring maintenance and operational activities for the company’s distributed energy assets — including battery storage systems & EV chargers. This role ensures asset availability, contractor compliance, and timely resolution of service issues to support operational reliability, regulatory requirements, and customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and allocate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across the fleet of assets.
Track and update work orders in SAP CMMS.

Liaise with approved contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

Identify service needs, faults, and performance issues and initiate corrective actions.

Ability to prioritise competing tasks under time pressure.
Proficiency in using CMMS, ERP, or work order management tools.
Basic understanding of electrical infrastructure or distributed energy resources (preferred).
