Role Description:
The Data Analyst role is a 12-month Max-Term Contract based at our Perth Central Park site and will contribute to the successful delivery of a business-critical project focused on improving customer outcomes and enhancing operational processes.
Your role is to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that transform SAP and operational data into clear and actionable insights.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that track key metrics across the project, including customer outcomes, financial data, exception handling, and operational process performance.
- Transform SAP and operational datasets into meaningful data models using SQL, Power Query, and DAX to enable transparent, accurate reporting.
- Document report logic, metrics, and assumptions to support transparency, audit readiness, and continuity across the reporting lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to capture reporting requirements, validate logic, and deliver actionable insights.
- Contribute to building a self-service reporting environment that supports transparency, project visibility, and enterprise-wide engagement.
What you will bring:
- Degree qualification in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years working in data analysis and reporting or a related field.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis to data, determine trends and extract inferences and use these to educate solutions.
- Knowledge of data management concepts, including data modelling, data integration and data governance.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
