Role Description:
The Information Management Continuous Improvement Specialist role is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity in our Technology and Business Services Team based at our Central Park, City offices.
The purpose of this role is to support the business to improve its information management practices. The IM Continuous Improvement Specialist achieves this through consultation, education and delivery of uplift initiatives that support the business to achieve its objectives, meets EIM compliance requirements and improves information management maturity.
Job responsibilities:
- Partner with business areas to uplift information management maturity by consulting with stakeholders, providing expert guidance, and delivering continuous improvement activities that support business objectives and EIM compliance requirements
- Embed compliant information and records management practices by supporting the implementation of ways of working, policies, standards and procedures, and contributing to their ongoing development in line with relevant legislation and organisational requirements.
- Strengthen document and knowledge governance by supporting the rollout of quality control initiatives through controlled document review workflows, ensuring correct versioning, and overseeing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of information and knowledge assets.
- Build organisational capability and confidence in information management by delivering training, education and practical support to users, and by enabling effective knowledge sharing, collaboration and communication.
- Plan, project manage and deliver information management uplift initiatives that improve systems, processes and controls, ensuring initiatives are embedded, sustainable and deliver measurable value.
What you will bring:
- 5 years+ of information management work experience with a broad range of exposure to various business segments and technical environments.
- Proven track record in leading continuous improvement initiatives and providing IM subject matter expertise into complex projects.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisation skills.
