Role Description:
We have some exciting opportunities in our Executive Assistant team based at our Perth Central Park office. The roles will support our Executive General Managers in some of our business units here at Synergy.
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high‑level executive administrative support to the Executive General Manager (EGM) to enable the effective delivery of strategic and operational priorities across the business unit it supports. The role ensures seamless coordination of information, scheduling, governance requirements and communication, supporting the EGM in contributing to Synergy’s strategic pillars through efficient, timely and confidential administration
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the EGM’s diary and schedule, prioritising conflicting demands to ensure the effective use of time.
- Coordinate the preparation, quality assurance, formatting and submission of executive reports and papers, including those for the Board and associated Committees.
- Prepare accurate drafts of reports, correspondence, submissions and presentations.
- Collate, summarise and analyse information and data as required to support business reporting and operational needs.
- Manage and triage emails and correspondence on behalf of the EGM, ensuring timely follow up and distribution.
What you will bring:
- Qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two years’ experience in an executive‑level EA position.
- Demonstrated experience in complex administration, document coordination and senior‑level stakeholder support.
- Experience preparing papers for Board or executive forums
- Demonstrated experience preparing high‑quality reports, presentations and business documentation
