Role Description:

Our award-winning graduate program is designed to foster new talent and create employment opportunities in the energy sector. Our graduates are directly involved in a dynamic solutions-focused environment where they can contribute to WA’s energy transformation. 

We were recognised as the 18th Australian graduate employer in 2023 and recognised for outstanding contributions for graduate recruitment and development at the 2024 AAGE Graduate Recruitment Industry Awards (AGRIAs): 

  • Winner of the award for Outstanding Internship Program (Intern intake under 50) 
  • Finalist for the Will Spensley Memorial Award for innovation in the graduate market (graduate intake under 50) 

Job responsibilities:

This role is for the Graduate Mechanical Engineer discipline of the program

Our two-year graduate program offers opportunities in 2026 across a range of specialty areas, including: 

  • Engineering – Civil, Electrical and Mechanical 
  • Cyber security 
  • Energy Trading Analyst 
  • Data Analytics 
  • Geographical Information Science (GIS) 

Expand your experience and expertise 

If you’re part of our graduate program, you’ll rotate through these teams over two years, building your knowledge and skills within the energy industry. Along the way, we’ll support you with mentoring, coaching, professional development and opportunities to connect with other graduates.

What you will bring:

To be eligible for our programs, you must full working rights for Australia at the time of application. 

Final year of studies or recently graduated 

You can apply for the graduate program when you're in the final year of your degree or if you have completed an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree within the past three years, at the time of application
