Role Description:

The Junior Systems Analyst ISU is a 12 month, fixed term opportunity in our Technology and Business Services team based at our Perth City offices.

 

The Junior Systems Analyst ISU will be part of the SAP Applications team within IT Core Systems, supporting the delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP solutions in the Billing, Device Management and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA) areas. 


 
This role is designed to provide structured learning and hands-on experience in SAP ISU Billing and FICA processes. Working under the guidance of Senior Analysts, the role will involve assisting with configuration, testing, and support activities. The Junior Systems Analyst will collaborate with the Customer Business Unit, SAP Functional and Technical teams, and other business stakeholders to help deliver solutions that meet operational needs and align with enterprise standards and best practices. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in the configuration, testing, and support of SAP ISU modules (e.g., Device Management, Billing, Customer Service). 
  • Participate in workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities. 
  • Support the documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and user manuals. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. 
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues under the guidance of senior analysts. 

What you will bring:

  • Tertiary Qualification in a related discipline (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science)
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel or Basic data analysis tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software products and technologies.
  • Strong problem solving and good analytical skills (analysis, design, development, test)
  • Understanding of customer billing and collections processes.
