Role Description:
The Learning Systems Analyst role is an opportunity in our Organisational Development and Learning Team based at our Perth Central Park site. This role is being offered as a 12-month Full-Time Max-Term contract.
The Learning Systems Analyst is responsible for leading the reporting and analysis of all Organisational Development and Learning (OD&L) programs. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of all reports and data handling processes. By providing actionable insights and supporting stakeholders with user-friendly Power BI dashboards, the role plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of learning programs.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide actionable insights through reports to help make informed decisions about learning programs, identify trends, measure training effectiveness, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Build and run reports to standardised schedules and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests across the organisation.
- Assist the OD&L Managers to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the learning programs, including metrics such as completion rates, learner satisfaction, and return on investment (ROI).
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System for your portfolio, including course and class setup, user enrolments, and withdrawals.
- Contribute to troubleshooting queries and action requests received through the relevant inboxes ensuring a seamless service.
What you will bring:
- Extensive experience in Analytics or a related field, along with Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and intermediate proficiency in Power BI, are highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement abilities, paired with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with use of learning management systems to schedule, administer, record and report on learning would be advantageous.
- Experience creating, customising, and executing system reports.
- High level of digital literacy.
