We have an exciting 12-month max term opportunity in the Customer Projects and Enablement team for the role of Manager Customer Business Readiness to support the successful integration of CX360 across Synergy.

The Manager Customer Business Readiness is responsible for the delivery of all business readiness activities for the CX360 project. They will report into the Head of Customer Projects and Enablement, working closely with the Manager Customer Program Delivery.

CX360 is a strategic project that combines legacy platform capabilities and customer information into a single solution.

Key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Lead a team of business readiness specialists including roles such as UAT analysts, business analysts and compliance coordinators focussed on delivering against key milestones in Synergy’s $50M CX360 project.
  • Accountable for the overall delivery of the business readiness plan to the expectations of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Execution of the Business Readiness Framework.
  • Stakeholder coordination, engagement and adoption of the Business Readiness Framework.
  • Supporting and enabling the delivery of governance and compliance within CX360.

What you’ll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in, Commerce/ Business or similar and or equivalent business experience.
  • Change management or Project Management qualifications or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading business readiness for transformational technology and operations projects.
  • Experience and highly knowledgeable in agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum and/or Lean Start up methodologies.
  • Experience in leading cross functional operational & projects teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
