Role Description:
The Manager, Technology Strategy role is a newly created opportunity in our Digital and Technology Delivery Enablement Team based at our Perth Head Office site.
The Manager of Technology Strategy leads a practice with a primary focus on Synergy’s one to five year digital and technology strategies, invest requirements and planning to bridge the gap between current and future state architecture.
Job responsibilities:
- Defining Synergy’s digital and technology investment portfolios that are financially supported and well understood.
- Maintaining and communicating our 1-5 year strategic technology directions that is linked to defined business outcomes and value, the organisational strategy, and strategic imperatives.
- Maintaining a practice with clear centralised and decentralised accountabilities, with defined demonstratable value that is measured and reported on.
- Building strong cross-Synergy stakeholder engagement that ensures currency of digital and technology requirements and fosters a high level of trust.
What you will bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Digital and Technology, Computer Science or Technology Innovation and Transformation; or equivalent workplace experience.
- 3+ years developing strategic positions and roadmaps for a diverse digital and technology landscape.
- Lead an enterprise architectural practice which is accountable for establishing of 1-5 year technology strategies that utilised business capabilities maps.
- Ability to communicated complex digital and technology landscapes in a way that is simple and easy to understand.
- Demonstratable practices that fosters collaboration and inclusiveness, valuing the knowledge and experience with others.
