Role Description:
The Organisational Development Principal – Talent & Performance is an exciting opportunity in our OD & learning team based at our Perth office.
The OD Principal works in a team of like professionals that undertake a variety of projects and initiatives that are integral to the delivery of the people strategy.
The purpose of this position is to lead and or support projects/initiatives that increase organisational capability and effectiveness aligned with strategic intent, in Organisational Development areas including but not limited to integrated talent management, employee experience and performance enablement.
Job responsibilities:
- Design and drive the delivery of Synergy’s integrated talent management strategy with a focus of identifying top and emerging talent and ensuring development and retention strategies are in place.
- Design and lead the performance management cycle, including goal setting, continuous performance conversations and year-end reviews.
- Design and lead a progressive approach towards the moments that matter to ensure elevated engagement, attraction and retention.
- Stay abreast of contemporary research and practices and is able to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to innovate and problem solve.
- Determines priority value with stakeholders to produce products/services aligned to demands and needs
What you will bring:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organisational Development (OD), or related field.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to drive growth and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
- At least ten years’ experience in human resources with sound experience in organisational development.
- Broad experience working in commercial settings.
