Role Description:

The P & C Data Analytics Coordinator is a 12-month Max Term opportunity in our People & Capability Team based at our Perth Central Park office.

This role is accountable for managing the HR Inbox; people data maintenance; data integrity and compliance; SAP HCM Systems enhancements and troubleshooting; maintaining and improving ELM (employee lifecycle management) processes; and people data reporting and analysis through supporting the senior people data analysts

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the HR inbox triaging and prioritising queries across P&C.
  • Accurately input, update, and maintain people data in SAP HCM and regularly audit and clean people data to ensure consistency and reliability; and troubleshoot any SAP HCM (human capital management) queries and issues including those with Employee Lifecycle Management (ELM) processes.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using people data for various stakeholders, including P&C and other departments; and assist in analysing people metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement including troubleshooting HR system issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, ring fencing and other compliance requirements for Synergy’s people data; and implement data quality controls to minimise errors and discrepancies.
  • Participate in testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades and enhancements; and provide input on system improvements to enhance data management capabilities.

What you will bring:

  • Cert IV in HR, Business Administration or similar OR equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data reporting tools.
  • Proven experience in HR data management or a similar role.
  • Strong system skills with the ability to analyse and troubleshoot HRIS issues.
  • Competent analytics skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively using Power BI.
