Role Description:

The Production Specialist is a newly created part-time (0.6 FTE) opportunity within our Brand, Marketing and Communications team based at our Perth Central Park location. This position is offered on 6-month fixed-term contract, working three (3) days per week (with specific working days to be agreed upon at the time of appointment).

 

Synergy’s Brand, Marketing and Communications team leads the design and amplification of Synergy’s one voice to the community, stakeholders and its people to drive engagement and positive reputation.

 

The Production Specialist is accountable for supporting and managing brand production outputs for key brand projects, driving strong attribution and maintaining integrity, consistency, and growth.  Working closely with the Brand and Production Partner and entire Brand and Marketing team, the Production Specialist champions a unified brand to position Synergy as a trusted energy leader.

Job responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Brand and Production Partner to brief and manage key brand production deliverables and ensure a consistent application of Synergy’s brand. 
  • Managing the relationship with design and content partners as well as merchandise and production vendors to produce required material and maintain integrity and consistency across the brand.
  • Providing brand governance to align projects, collateral and creative material to Synergy’s brand identity.
  • Supporting the development of all brand photography and video library projects, ensuring the resulting assets are maintained within the digital asset management system (DAMS) and talent licencing is compliant.
  • Work in partnership with the Brand Campaign Partner, Senior Design Specialist and Content and Channel Lead to support the visual articulation of the Synergy brand as well as production of campaign materials, social media assets, content partnership requirements and major content production projects.

What you will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Communications, Media, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a marketing or creative environment.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from brief to final delivery.
  • Experience working with external suppliers and creative teams.
  • Client-side marketing and advertising experience (preferred).
