Role Description:
The Project Officer role is a 12-month Max-Term Contract based at our Perth Central Park site and will contribute to the successful delivery of a business-critical project focused on improving customer outcomes and enhancing operational processes.
This role will deliver comprehensive administrative support to both the Program Manager and broader team. It requires a high level of accountability and responsibility to ensure the effective and timely coordination of deliverables.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage diary, calendars, and scheduling.
- Coordinate the timely submission of and consolidation of reports.
- Plan, organise and accurately prepare drafts of all other necessary reports, correspondence, submissions, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain professional relationships and networks.
- Proactively demonstrate and be an advocate of Synergy’s values and behaviours.
What you will bring:
- Qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in a high-level office administrator position.
- Attention to detail – checks accuracy of all work to ensure it is accurate, consistent and delivered to schedule.
- Confidentiality – ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality.
- Communication skills – displays excellent written and verbal communication skills.
