Role Description:
The Sales Performance Principal Role is an exciting opportunity within our Business Customer and Growth team based at our Perth CBD Office.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Customer and Growth, you will be responsible the development and execution of sales strategies for our business customers. The role drives business sales performance by embedding market and customer insights, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment and continuous improvement of sales initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with Synergy’s vision to provide clear focus across customer channels
- Prepare and leverage customer, market and competitive insights to inform decision-making
- Analyse sales metrics to identify new opportunities improving overall team effectiveness
- Manage the Sales Incentive Scheme, continuously assessing its efficacy in supporting business objectives
- Act as a connector between teams within and outside Customer to deliver aligned outcomes meeting business objectives and customer needs
What you will bring:
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives across teams and functions and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Extensive experience in corporate environments such as energy, resources, banking, sales, consulting or similar.
- Passion for delivering value through innovation, collaboration, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
