Role Description:
The Sales Support Coordinator is an exciting opportunity within our Business Customer & Growth function based at our Perth City Office.
The Business Customer & Growth team provides high level customer service and account managed services to acquire, retain, and serve Western Australian businesses with excellence and care through a changing energy landscape.
The Sales Support Coordinator works closely with, and provides a high level of customer support, to Synergy’s Contestable Customer Accounts. They support the sales, account management and contract management teams with a range of activities to ensure the customer receives a seamless customer experience.
Job responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a diverse range of technical capabilities in handling customer support tasks.
- Managing customer interactions from various communication channels, working to understand and solve customer energy issues.
- Supporting the sales team by processing standard contract and service-related tasks to ensure a seamless customer and business experience.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with peers, review and improve processes, and provide feedback, where required.
- Demonstrate effective organisation and optimisation of task management to meet agreed SLAs.
What you will bring:
- Completion of Year 12 certification.
- 3 years + experience in a sales or customer service environment.
- Understanding of energy sector and contestable customers.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a customer relationship system (CRM) and use other service technology tools
- Preferred experience in the use of SAP ISU, Salesforce, Power BI and Genesys telephony platform.
