Role Description:
The Senior Property Specialist role is a newly created opportunity in our Technology & Business Services Function based at our Perth Head Office site.
The Senior Property Specialist works in conjunction with other property specialists, responsible to manage and oversee activities relating to Synergy’s property interests, ensuring maximum value and minimum risk.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead and manage property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic property advice to internal stakeholders, aligning property decisions with business objectives and long-term asset planning.
- Oversee property portfolio performance, including financial analysis and risk management.
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholder to facilitate approvals, negotiations, and property related project deliverables.
What you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, or Property Law and /or relevant experience.
- 10+ years within the property industry or management of a property portfolio.
- Demonstrated understanding of the property industry and property law.
- Highly developed commercial and contract negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship management & influencing capabilities.
