Role Description:

The Senior Systems Analyst role is a newly created opportunity in our Wholesale Platforms Team based at our Perth Central Park site.

The purpose of this role is to build a strong understanding of the Wholesale Platforms landscape and bridge the gap between technical and business areas. Working within an agile environment, the Senior Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in project coordination, requirements analysis, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Additionally, the role involves identifying areas for improvement, as well as handling documentation and reporting.

Job responsibilities:

  • Monitor the progress of DevOps projects and BAU activities, ensuring sprints stay on track and projects within budget.
  • Work closely with Software Developers, Testers, and Key Stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure smooth workflow, building strong relationships and fostering effective communication to drive alignment and project success.
  • Define, develop, and maintain requirements, process, and application-related documentation/artefacts.
  • Translate complex delivery problems to key stakeholders, ensuring constant alignment of delivery against changing internal and external environments.
  • As an SME, provide guidance on, and participate in system changes, configuration, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

What you will bring:

  • Extensive professional experience in project management, program management, or as a Senior Analyst in a complex software environment.
  • Experience leading projects or teams preferred.
  • Experience in coordinating complex and innovative initiatives.
  • Experience managing technical team to outcomes within a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of project delivery and agile delivery methodologies.
