Role Description:

The Talent Acquisition Partner is an exciting opportunity in our Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition team based at our Perth Central Park office.

The purpose of this role is to partner with the business to provide comprehensive end to end talent acquisition services that ensures the employee experience is the key driver. This includes providing advice on best practice talent acquisition processes and methodologies used in the sourcing and selection of high-quality candidates, whilst supporting Synergy’s diversity and inclusion strategies.

 

The successful candidate will work across various business units, including Technology & Business Services, and should bring solid experience and expertise in IT recruitment to effectively support the organisation’s evolving talent needs.

Job responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels, including professional networks, digital platforms, social media, career events, and job boards.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with Synergy’s strategic workforce plan, proactively forecasting future talent needs and leveraging internal capability.
  • Ensure diverse talent pools are actively considered and presented to hiring managers to support and advance the organisation’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) objectives.
  • Deliver a tailored and forward-thinking recruitment approach that aligns with business needs and role requirements, driving impactful talent outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, former applicants, hiring managers, P&C Business Partners, and key stakeholders to support effective talent acquisition

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in a talent acquisition position or similar role.
  • Hands of experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Experience developing and implementing a variety of sourcing and attraction strategies to assess key talent.
  • Experience in talent pooling for critical roles.
  • Experience using Success Factors Recruiting or a similar Applicant tracking systems
