Role Description:

The Technology Engagement Partner will engage across Synergy, building relationships, developing partnerships and gathering insights, that support the delivery of successful business outcomes powered by technology.

Please note this is a 12-month max-term opportunity.

Job responsibilities:

Collect business insights, by building strong and trusting relationships, engaging and partnering with specific stakeholders across the business.
Identify value-add technology solutions and improvements, to support continuous improvement opportunities across Synergy.
Document and analyse business insight data from Partner BUs, to support the effective triaging of potential work.
Identify process improvement opportunities, and undertake process engineering initiatives, that support better business planning & strategic prioritisation.
Support your Partner BUs to explore and define requirements, to determine and articulate technology needs.

What you will bring:

Bachelor’s level degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience and certifications in information technology, business analysis and/or organisational strategy.
5-8 years of experience in information and communication technology project delivery, business analysis, business partnering and/or account management.
Experience in an information and communications technology team, and experience in at least one other professional discipline (outside of technology).
Experience in workshop facilitation.
Experience in business analysis.
